Legacy RM500SL

Although out of production since early 2018, we continue to support the original RM500SL with consumables so that you can get the most out of your investment. Hardware support for all RM500SL generations is available but limited based on component availability. For more information see the RM500SL obsolescence notification.

Generation 1 – serial numbers A1000-2050, manufactured Sept 2005 through Jan 2011
Limited parts availability, no main PCB repair, final software version supported: 3.26.4 (Jan 2022).

Generation 2 – serial numbers A2051-A2789, manufactured Feb 2011 through Nov 2018
Limited parts availability, software revisions limited to platform updates.
